The Mr. Bundles bag is 30" × 40" — fill it as full as you like. A fully stuffed bag is about 25lbs which is ~3 normal loads worth.

Use any standard kitchen trash bag for your first pickup — no need to buy anything special. We return your clean laundry in a branded Mr. Bundles Laundry Valet bag, which is yours to keep and reuse for next week's order. You can have as many bags as you need.
No. Leave the bag by the front door on your pickup day and we take it from there. We text you before we arrive.
We wash with a premium name-brand detergent by default, plus a fragrance-free, sensitive-skin option on request. Tell us your preference once — along with any cold-wash or hang-dry items — and we'll remember it for every order.
About 48 hours. A Monday morning pickup is usually back on your porch Wednesday afternoon.
