Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Mr. Bundles’ laundry pickup and delivery service (“Service”). By scheduling a pickup, you agree to these Terms.

Service area & scheduling

We currently serve Lindon, Orem, Pleasant Grove, Provo, Vineyard, Cedar Hills, American Fork, Alpine, Highland, Lehi, and Saratoga Springs, Utah, on a scheduled route basis. Pickup and delivery windows are shown at the time of booking and may vary by neighborhood and day.

Pricing & payment

Laundry is billed by weight, not by the bag, at the rate shown at booking: $2.50/lb for customers on a recurring schedule, $2.75/lb for one-time pickups, with a 15 lb minimum per order. Your bag is weighed at pickup, and your payment method on file is charged after weighing — nothing is charged at the time of booking.

Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 48 hours from pickup to delivery, unless otherwise noted.

Our guarantee

Every order is backed by our guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with the cleaning of your clothes, we will re-clean them free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a re-clean.

Lost or damaged items

We take care with every order, but accidents can happen. If an item is lost or damaged while in our care, our liability is limited to the lesser of the item’s fair market value or ten times our charge for cleaning that item, unless otherwise required by law. Please inspect your items promptly upon delivery and report any issue within 7 days.

Cancellations & rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a pickup by contacting us at least 2 hours before your scheduled window.

Items we cannot accept

We are not able to launder items that require specialty dry cleaning, are visibly infested, or pose a health or safety risk, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Communication

We do not offer phone support. Support is available by live chat or email at help@bundleswashandfold.com, and we’ll text you updates about your pickup and delivery.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
